Circuits Integrated unveils advanced satcom tech at Space-Comm London

Circuits Integrated Hellas (CIH), a recent addition to the Space South Central cluster, launched its new CI-ONE products at Space-Comm in London this week, promising a leap forward in satellite communication technology.

The CI-ONE family of integrated Ka-band switch power amplifiers redefines Ka-band RF integration into a single, compact, surface-mount module.  CI-ONE modules are around three times smaller, up to 50% cheaper and 20% more efficient than conventional solutions, offering exceptional performance for satcom applications including maritime, in-flight connectivity, defence and emergency response.

CIH’s co-founder and CEO, Paolo Fioravanti, said: “Building on the commercial momentum and integration philosophy behind our Kythrion™ platform, CI-ONE represents the next step in RF front-end innovation.

“This new product family significantly advances integration in Ka-band power amplification, one of the most cost-sensitive and performance-demanding segments in satellite communication.”

The launch of CI-ONE represents the latest milestone in the Greek-headquartered company’s roadmap since choosing the Space South Central region for its expansion into the UK in November 2025.

Space South Central’s International Partnerships Manager, Toby Marchant, said: “CIH is an exciting addition to the cluster community, bringing unique innovations to the UK that complement a range of sectors.

“They have fully embraced the cluster environment and the support we can offer, forging new connections, getting to know prospective clients and collaborators, and engaging with related bodies like the South Central Regional Defence and Security Cluster and  the Compound Semiconductor Catapult (CSA).”

CIH was one of 10 SMEs from the region exhibiting alongside Space South Central at Space-Comm as part of the cluster’s ongoing initiatives to break down barriers for innovative smaller companies.

Major aerospace events often present significant hurdles for SMEs, from prohibitive stands costs to the logistical challenges of staffing a dedicated booth while maintaining day-to-day operations. By coordinating a cluster stand, co-branded with the participating companies, Space South Central gives high-potential businesses a presence at premier space industry events.
